Avoid overcharging: Long-term charging may cause the battery to overheat or be damaged. Please follow the recommended charging time and avoid overcharging.

Pull out the pods: Before charging, please pull out the pods from the smoke device to avoid charging causing the pods to leak. Leakage may cause the smoke device to malfunction or affect the quality of the pods.

Use the correct charging device: Make sure to use the correct charging device for the electronic cigarette device. Choose a low-power charging device with overcharge protection to ensure the safety of the charging process.

Monitor the charging process: Keep monitoring during the charging process, especially when using a new charging device or charging cable for the first time. If you find any abnormal conditions, such as overheating or other safety issues, stop charging immediately and contact customer service.

Preparation:

• Make sure your electronic cigarette device is fully charged or has enough power.
• Verify that the pods are installed.

To activate the smoke device:

• The smoke device starts automatically.
• Some smoke devices may have the function of adjusting the power or temperature, which can be adjusted according to personal preference.

Inhalation:

• Make sure not to cover the smoke device's steam holes with your fingers or other objects. Covering the steam holes may affect the flow of air in and out, causing the smoke device to not work properly or cause abnormalities.
• Place the mouthpiece of the cigarette device over your lips and inhale gently.
• As you inhale, the smoke device heats the liquid in the smoke cartridge to produce steam.
• Be careful not to over-inhale or apply excessive force to ensure the comfort and quality of the steam you inhale.

Stop using:

• Stop inhaling when you have finished using or need to take a break.
• The smoke device will shut off automatically.

Maintenance and Cleaning:

• Clean the chimney inlet regularly to ensure it is in good sanitary condition.
• Check the vents on your smoker regularly to make sure they are not clogged or filled with dust. Clogged vents may prevent your smoker from venting properly.

Factory quality problems: If you find any factory quality problems within 7 days after purchasing the smoke device, such as the smoke device not working properly or has obvious manufacturing defects, Mrfireman will provide a free replacement service.

Free repair service: Within 3 months after purchasing the smoke device, if your smoke device does not work properly or has any non-human damage, Mrfireman will provide free repair service, but there are risks in the repair process and there is no guarantee of repair. Please consider carefully before repair, the repair result may not be as expected and may cause further damage.
